Atrius Health, a physician-led healthcare leader based in Eastern Massachusetts, is looking for Adult Primary Care Physicians to serve our practice located in Peabody, MA.

You’ll work as part of a team-based model where primary and specialty care providers join with hospital partners, community specialists, and skilled nursing facilities to provide high-quality, evidence-based medicine to a diverse and growing population.

We are currently seeking a full-time internal medicine or family medicine physician to join our expanding IM/FM our Peabody practice, which also includes Lynnfield Medical Associates. Caring for residents of Peabody, Lynn, Lynnfield, Salem, Beverly, Danvers, and other nearby cities and towns since 1983, our Peabody-Lynnfield practice provides primary care for adults and children and a wide range of medical and surgical specialty care, as well as on-site laboratory, pharmacy, and radiology services. Conveniently located off Route 128 behind the North Shore Mall, our preferred hospital partners include Beverly Hospital, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Lahey Clinic, and Boston Children’s Hospital.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Full or part time with flexible schedules and minimal weekend call responsibility
• Practice comprised of 12 physicians and 10 APCs with 1:1 MA support
• Collaborative and innovative practice environment with team support embedded in our medical home model

Position highlights:

• The leveraging of technology to support physicians to minimize in-basket management work, automated Rx renewals, normal lab result notification, e-consults, DAX Copilot and more
• Close collaboration between primary care and specialists
• Expertise in clinical informatics and predictive analytics embedded in a fully integrated EMR (Epic)
• Minimal (second) call with Telecom services for nights and weekends
• Opportunities for medical student teaching with Harvard Medical School (HMS) and/or Tufts University School of Medicine; as well as precepting a BIDMC or BWH resident in the ambulatory setting

• BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
