The purpose of creating the Atrius Health Innovation Center was to incorporate truly innovative change into our practice through the identification, testing and implementation of novel care delivery solutions.
Change and re-engineering are never easy, but when done well, ensure that we retain the very best foundational parts of the practice and embrace the new.
The Center for Healthcare Innovation strives to be a catalyst for change by pulling together initiatives throughout Atrius Health to foster a culture of innovation, as well as opportunities for collaboration, learning, and evaluation.
Our goal is to accelerate the introduction of care delivery models that improve the well-being of our patients, contribute to the vitality of our organization, and meet the needs of the future marketplace. This includes developing ideas into effective and sustainable solutions, and establishing partnerships to help us bring our ideas to fruition.
Our work reflects our belief that the future of patient care is in the home; we are passionate about building healthcare that meets our patients where they are. Using our system of innovation to solve for problems that patients and providers face every day, we work towards a health system that shatters barriers to wellness, adapts to the needs of its users, and integrates into people’s lives. Our portfolio of projects reflects our commitment to disrupting existing care delivery models with an eye towards bringing care to the patient in a safe and effective manner.
