Atrius Health, a physician-led healthcare leader based in Eastern Massachusetts, is looking for Adult Primary Care Physicians to serve our practice located in Chestnut Hill-West Roxbury, MA.

You’ll work as part of a team-based model where primary and specialty care providers join with hospital partners, community specialists, and skilled nursing facilities to provide high-quality, evidence-based medicine to a diverse and growing population.

We are currently seeking a full-time primary care internal medicine or family medicine physician to join our expanding Chestnut Hill-West Roxbury practice. Caring for residents of Chestnut Hill, West Roxbury, Newton, Roslindale, Hyde Park, Dorchester, Jamaica Plain, and other nearby cities and towns since 1986, our Chestnut Hill-West Roxbury office is conveniently located at the corner of Independence Drive and the VFW Parkway (Route 1) where the towns of West Roxbury and Chestnut Hill meet.

Our Chestnut Hill-West Roxbury practice provides primary care for adults and children, as well as a full range of medical and surgical specialty care. Our preferred hospital partners include Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital – Needham and Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital – Milton.  For children, we work closely with Boston Children’s Hospital. For orthopedic care, our surgeons perform procedures at New England Baptist Hospital.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Department consist of 10 PCPs and 8 APCs, with 1:1 MA support
• Full or part time with flexible schedules with minimal call responsibility
• Collaborative and innovative practice environment with team support embedded in our medical home model

Position highlights:

• The leveraging of technology to support physicians to minimize in-basket management work, automated Rx renewals, normal lab result notification, e-consults, DAX Copilot and more
• Close collaboration between primary care and specialists
• Expertise in clinical informatics and predictive analytics embedded in a fully integrated EMR (Epic)
• Minimal (second) call with Telecom services for nights and weekends
• Opportunities for medical student teaching with Harvard Medical School (HMS) and/or Tufts University School of Medicine; as well as precepting a BIDMC or BWH resident in the ambulatory setting

• BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
