Clinician and Wellness Leadership Programs
Atrius Health’s Clinician Wellness programs support and connect clinicians, and develop clinicians and their clinical leaders as they grow their career at Atrius Health. Our Clinician Wellbeing programs are built on the foundations of the Stanford Medicine model of the reciprocal domains of physician wellbeing, which pursues programs in increasing efficiency of practice, stewarding a culture of wellness, and promoting personal resilience to reduce the incidence of clinician burnout across the practice. Atrius Health is recognized for its support of clinician wellness, and has received Silver Recognition Status from the American Medical Association’s Joy in Medicine program.
Our programs support clinicians in two primary areas:
The Office of Clinician Leadership Development provides programs and resources for clinician professional and leadership development. This includes leadership development courses and seminars, leadership coaching, leadership lecture series, and our Clinical Distinction Awards.
The Office of Clinician Support and Wellbeing provides programs and resources that support clinicians’ emotional, financial, and physical wellbeing. This includes clinician coaching for wellbeing support, Clinician Wellness Steering Committees, the Lead Yourself Program for professional development and building personal resiliency, wellness CME events, and a number of local, regional, and practice-wide networking opportunities.
