We have a leadership opportunity for a Chief of Pediatrics at our Copley Square office in Boston.  The Chief will provide clinical leadership and oversight to a team of 4 physicians and 1 advanced practice clinician.  This position is responsible for aligning clinical activities with the implementation of mission-specific strategies, and works collaboratively with colleagues, staff, management, and the community. This full-time clinical and administrative position reports to the Chair of Pediatrics and is both a clinical and administrative role.

Our Copley outpatient, multispecialty practice:

  • fosters an extensive and well-developed network of integrated care among pediatric providers, surgical and specialty care, radiology, and urgent care.
  • retains a stable team of Primary Care Pediatricians
  • achieves consistently high Press Ganey scores from our patients
  • has been providing care to residents of Boston, West Roxbury, and other nearby cities and towns since 1990.
  • partners with our preferred pediatric hospitals of BI-Lahey community hospitals and Children’s Hospital
  • is conveniently located near the Back Bay T station in Copley Square.

Expected qualifications:

  • BC in Pediatrics
  • demonstrated leadership skills
  • experience in the management and delivery of care with a passion for continuous quality improvement in a cohesive and collaborative practice
  • strong commitment to work well in a team environment
  • exceptional clinical and communication skills
  • ability to engage, mentor and motivate staff
